Respecting Your Own Wisdom and Knowledge

Self-doubt is an overwhelming and debilitating feeling that often strikes when we need confidence and clarity most. When we feel intense anxiety and stress, we can miss the quiet but persistent voice of our wisdom that is there to guide us. This session focuses on working with self-doubt in tough times, and learning to recognize your voice of wisdom when you need it most. Attendees will learn how to respect themselves through finding and trusting their own guidance. The session will include information sharing, personal reflection, and small group discussion.

Honoring Diverse Wisdom in Trainings

In this training, we investigate the traditional lens of training instruction that emphasizes ‘driving home’ one central point.  We discuss how both children and adults learn best when in connection with others. We introduce concept of an empowered audience, and learn a framework that allows training participants tap into their unique wisdom as the primary vehicle for training effectiveness and lasting change. Participants learn three evidence based training tools to add to their training tool belt. The training will feature small group breakout sessions, guided imagery work, and audiovisual material, all presented over Zoom.
